Lebanon Participates in the India Open Golf Championship

The Lebanese national golf team, consisting of players Peter Badawi and Arthur Barakat, participated in the India Open as part of the Asian Tour for professionals. This annual event features 105 professional players, with a total prize fund of $750,000 for the winners. On this occasion, the President of the Federation, Karim Salim Salam, revealed that the Lebanese participation is "part of the federation's strategy to harness the expatriate sports power of Lebanon at the representation level, noting that Badawi, who resides in the United States, and Barakat, residing in Australia, are distinguished talents with unique styles and artistic capabilities."
