Russia Accuses Ukraine of Attacking Its Ships in the Black Sea

The Russian Ministry of Defense accused Ukraine of attempting to "attack its ships in the Black Sea," indicating that this jeopardizes the extension of the agreement concerning grain exports. The ministry stated in a statement that "an analysis of the course of the boats shows that a Ukrainian drone was launched on March 23 and April 24 from the water area of the Odesa port designated for implementing the grain export initiative via the Black Sea."
