A delegation from "Hezbollah," including the political assistant to the party's secretary-general, Hajj Hussein Khalil, and the coordinator of the party's liaison and coordination unit, Hajj Wafiq Safa, visited Mirna Shalouhi to meet with the president of the "Free Patriotic Movement," Deputy Jebran Bassil. After the meeting, Hussein Khalil stated: "We discussed the presidential file in detail during the meeting," noting that "the decision to participate in the next government session will be made at the right time." He added, "I will not disclose many details of the meeting with Bassil because meetings are trustworthy; we advise each other in closed rooms, not in the media."
