Mikati: We Will Continue to Fulfill Our Duties and Will Not Be Halted by Obstacles

The caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati wished that the new year would mark the beginning of Lebanon’s exit from the severe crisis it is experiencing, and that all good wills would come together to address the numerous issues and put the country on the path to resolution. During his reception of the government staff on the occasion of the year's end, he stated, "Lebanon has gone through difficult challenges in its history, but it has always risen and started anew. This resurgence is not difficult with the cooperation of all wills and the presence of unsung heroes like you who work silently despite the harsh conditions." He affirmed, "We will not give up hope for Lebanon's revival and the return of things to normal, and we will continue to fulfill our duties and will not be stopped by obstacles and difficulties."
