The White House announced today, Friday, that U.S. President Joe Biden will meet tomorrow, Saturday, with leaders of the Quad Security Dialogue, which also includes India, Australia, and Japan. Biden delayed his trip to Australia in order to return to Washington to continue negotiations to raise the U.S. government debt ceiling.
