The Council of Ministers will hold a session tomorrow morning to discuss several urgent items, the most prominent of which is the education file amid the significant deterioration of this sector and the essential needs related to teachers' demands, as well as enabling the Lebanese University to continue its role. The council will also examine the deteriorating state of the health sector, particularly ways to continue supporting cancer and chronic disease medications, and addressing the problems facing hospitals and healthcare. Additionally, postponed items from the previous session, including the waste management file, will be discussed. Ministerial sources indicated that there are many pressures and repercussions resulting from the collapse the country is experiencing, asserting that holding caretaker government sessions is a necessary and national responsibility.
