Family of Bishop John Ibrahim Denies Harash's Claims

The family of Bishop John Ibrahim, Metropolitan of Aleppo and its surroundings for the Syriac Orthodox, has firmly denied the statements made by Sheikh Abdul Salam Harash, coordinator of the "Arab Resistance Current." In their statement, the family called on Sheikh Harash to provide tangible evidence to support his claims; otherwise, they will be compelled to file a report against him and pursue legal action with the relevant authorities in Lebanon. They added, "If anyone has exploited the issue of the kidnapped bishops and brought it into the realm of media and propaganda, it is Abdul Salam Harash and his kind, who are being directed and supported, who have exploited and continue to exploit the case of the missing Bishop John Ibrahim."
