Mass violence erupted in Cardiff, Wales, where Molotov cocktails were thrown at police in response to the deaths of teenagers in a traffic incident. South Wales Police Commissioner Alun Michael claimed that the connection between the accident and the unrest is unclear, noting that up to 12 officers were injured in the clashes that occurred on Monday and continued into Tuesday morning.
