Details of Khoury's Meeting with the Finance Minister

In clarification of the meeting held last Thursday at the office of Minister of Justice Henry Khoury with Minister of Finance Youssef Khalil, Minister Khoury confirmed that the meeting "lasted no more than half an hour, not three hours as reported by some media outlets." Khoury pointed out that the topics discussed were related to financial matters concerning the Ministry of Justice and were not at all related to the work of the European delegation or the investigations being conducted. The minister urged all media outlets to "stop elaborating in their analyses and exaggerating the news."
