Value of Damages from Turkey Earthquake May Exceed $100 Billion

Louise Fenton, an official from the United Nations Development Programme, confirmed on Tuesday that the damages caused by the devastating earthquake in Turkey will exceed $100 billion. She stated via a call, "It is clear from the calculations made so far that the damages presented by the government, supported by international partners, will exceed $100 billion."
