Release of Huda Saloum by the Court of Appeals in Mount Lebanon

The Commissioner at the Palace of Justice, attorney Marwan Daher, on behalf of the President of the Traffic Management Authority, Huda Saloum, announced that the Court of Appeals in Mount Lebanon, presided over by Judge Rabi' Hassami, released Huda Saloum by majority vote after rejecting the appeal submitted by the Appellate Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Ghada Aoun, in form and confirming the decision of the Investigating Judge in Mount Lebanon, Ziad Dagheidi.
