Clashes in Jenin and Israeli Soldier Injured During Al-Aqsa Incursion

Israeli forces stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque and positioned themselves inside the courtyards after thousands of Palestinians performed the Taraweeh prayers. The Israeli army announced the injury of a soldier in a shooting incident north of Jerusalem. Israeli media reported that a civilian was injured in a shooting incident at the Adam settlement east of Jerusalem, and the assailant fled. A settler also opened fire directly at youths in the At-Tur neighborhood of Jerusalem.

The Quds News Network reported clashes between the Israeli army and Palestinians at the entrance of Umm al-Fahm and the town of Ya'bad in Jenin. The "Jurmik" news network indicated that the Israeli army fired tear gas at demonstrators in Umm al-Fahm. Local sources reported: "Clashes with occupation forces at the entrance of the occupied city of Umm al-Fahm."

Earlier today, Israeli police stormed the Al-Aqsa courtyards during the Taraweeh prayers, assaulting worshippers and preventing those in seclusion from remaining in the courtyards, forcefully clearing the worshippers from the Qibli Mosque.
