One of the shepherds in the "Shahl" area in the outskirts of Shebaa village in southern Lebanon was surprised to find a warning message placed in a plastic "water bottle," tied to the horns of a goat. The message stated: "Do not approach the borders of Israel... those who come close will regret it... A warning is given."
