Former Miss Lebanon Kristina Sawaya was robbed early Wednesday morning while being chased on a motorcycle. Kristina shared a photo with her manager on her Instagram Stories, commenting: "Thank God I am fine thanks to divine care, and the thieves couldn't steal from me or harm me." She added, "I thank God for all the blessings in my life, including my manager who was by my side and saved me from the biggest shock of my life. I also thank everyone who called and sent messages to check on me."
Her manager, Nadi Franjieh, clarified what happened in a call with "Al Jadeed," stating that he was surprised by a thief attempting to rob Kristina while they were in the car early in the morning, and he defended her, causing the thief to flee. He reassured Kristina's audience, saying, "She is in better health, but has experienced shock and severe panic due to what happened."
