Lawsuit by the Fuel Stations Owners Syndicate Against the Energy Stations Owners Association

The Syndicate of Fuel Stations Owners in Lebanon held a meeting and subsequently issued a statement confirming that it has filed a lawsuit before the public prosecution in Mount Lebanon against unknown individuals under the name of the Energy Stations Owners Association in Lebanon for the crimes of insult, defamation, slander, and belittlement. The syndicate decided to send a letter to the Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, to inform him of the activities conducted by the aforementioned association to assess their legality and take necessary action in case of non-compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. The attendees emphasized the importance of keeping their meetings open to monitor any developments in the fuel sector for the benefit of all Lebanese citizens.
