Title: Tunisian President Kais Saied Dismisses Two Ministers

The Tunisian presidency announced the dismissal of the Ministers of Agriculture and Education without specifying the reasons, amid a shortage of essential products, including milk, and sporadic strikes in the education sector.

On Monday, the Tunisian presidency stated that President Kais Saied decided to make a partial cabinet reshuffle, appointing Mohamed Ali Boughdiri as Minister of Education, replacing Fathi Salwati, and Abdel Menem Belati as Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Fisheries, replacing Mahmoud Elias Hamza.

At the beginning of January, Saied dismissed the Minister of Trade and Export Development, Faida Rahbi Ben Hamza, and the Governor of Sfax, Fakher Fakhfakh, amid a severe economic crisis and significant political divisions.
