The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, arrived in Iran today, Friday, for high-level meetings, according to the Iranian official news agency "IRNA." A report from the IAEA noted that the visit comes amid discussions with Tehran regarding the origin of uranium particles enriched to 83.7% purity, a level very close to that required for manufacturing nuclear weapons, at the Fordow uranium enrichment facility. Mohammad Eslami, Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, stated last Wednesday that Iran's production purity level is 60%, according to official media. Behrouz Kamalvandi, Eslami's deputy and spokesperson, welcomed Grossi at the airport.
