Biden: Relations with Vietnam Have Entered a New Phase

U.S. President Joe Biden stated today, Monday, that "the relations between his country and Vietnam have entered a new phase." He mentioned this during an economic forum while on an official visit to Vietnam, saying that "the two countries are strengthening their cooperation in the fields of cloud computing, semiconductors, and artificial intelligence."
