New Episode of Human Smuggling from Syria to Lebanon

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division, revealed that a patrol from the Information Branch suspected a white Hyundai van in the town of Miniyeh - Dinniyeh on September 16, 2023. The van was carrying 15 individuals of Syrian nationality, including four minor girls. They were arrested for illegally entering Lebanese territory. The van was confiscated, and its driver was detained; he was identified as P.A. (born in 1985, Syrian). All detainees and the vehicle were handed over to the relevant unit for legal action based on the judiciary's directive.
