Social media users circulated a video of the imam of the Grand Mosque, Sheikh Maher Al-Muaiqly, who suffered a health issue during Friday prayer. His voice became strained, and he stopped reading Surah Al-Fatiha, causing concern among the worshippers. During today's Friday prayer, Sheikh Maher Al-Muaiqly was unable to complete the prayer, and Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais stepped in to continue the prayer. It is noteworthy that Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais was previously appointed as the head of religious affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.
