After images of Kim Ju-ae, the daughter of leader Kim Jong-un, spread in North Korean media, it appears that Pyongyang is working to solidify the image of the "noble daughter" in the public's mind in various ways. Pyongyang is set to issue postage stamps featuring "respected daughter" Kim Ju-ae, particularly during her visit with her father to the site of the "Hwasong-17" intercontinental missile launch on November 18, 2022. Today, the North Korean postal office revealed eight stamps, scheduled for release on February 17, showcasing images of Kim Ju-ae. According to South Korea's Yonhap News Agency, among the eight stamps, five depict "Kim Jong-un" together with his daughter "Kim Ju-ae," two show only the missile, and one features "Kim Jong-un" alone. The issuance of these stamps featuring "Kim Ju-ae" comes amidst a series of steps by North Korea to "sanctify the image of the leader's daughter," as described by Yonhap.
