An official from the Italian company "Eni" confirmed on Friday that there are no production issues at Egypt's Zohr gas field. The Egyptian government had previously announced that there are no technical problems at the Zohr field, the largest natural gas field in Egypt, which had allegedly caused a decline in the field's production capacity of natural gas, threatening its operation. The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources stated in a recent report: "There have been rumors circulating on some websites and social media about technical problems at the Zohr field that have caused a decline in its production capacity, threatening its operation. This is entirely incorrect."
