English Premier League: Brighton Defeats Luton Town

Brighton & Hove Albion spoiled Luton Town's return to the top flight with a significant 4-1 victory in the English Premier League on Saturday. Luton returned to the first division after a 31-year absence and relied on defense from the start, which punished them by the hosts. Brighton ended the first half ahead with a goal from Solly March and strengthened their lead through new signing João Pedro with a penalty after the break. Carlton Morris reduced the gap for Luton with a penalty as well. Substitutes Simon Adingra and Evan Ferguson scored two late goals to start Brighton's season with a big win.
