Arrest of a Syrian for Belonging to a Terrorist Organization

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation announced that a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested the Syrian (M.S.) for his affiliation with a terrorist organization and his allegiance to the "ISIS" organization. He participated in the fighting against the army during the Arsal battle and attacked one of the military checkpoints. Additionally, he provided support to armed terrorist groups in their fight against the army and in their attempts to control the town of Arsal in 2014. He also attended military and religious courses and participated in security missions for terrorist organizations.
