New Decision from the Minister of Finance: What Does It Include?

The Minister of Finance in the caretaker government, Youssef Khalil, issued a decision extending the deadline until October 31, 2023, for submitting declarations of income from foreign stocks, bonds, and various other foreign movable capital revenues related to the year 2022. This declaration must be submitted electronically by the owners or beneficiaries residing in Lebanon using the "Th4/J" form, in accordance with the provisions of Article 82 of the Income Tax Law and for tax payment obligations.
