Iran Insists on Preconditions Before Talks: No Negotiations Without Meeting Demands

The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Rezaei, has stated that Iran will not engage in talks until its conditions are met. He criticized what he described as conflicting messages from U.S. President Donald Trump, noting the contradiction between his statement of "no negotiations" and his declared readiness to engage in dialogue.

Rezaei added in a post on the "X" platform that the stakes regarding oil and straits have changed. He warned that "attempts to contain the damage will not stop what is to come."
