Finance Minister in the caretaker government, Youssef Khalil, met today, Friday, with UNICEF representative in Lebanon, Edward Beigbeder, in the presence of the Director of Public Finance, George Al-Maaraoui. They discussed the support provided by UNICEF in Lebanon to various governmental and non-governmental entities, as well as the mechanisms being followed. There was an emphasis on the need for the Ministry of Finance to be informed about these activities, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
