The State of Qatar has announced that it will provide fuel to the Lebanese Army for a duration of 6 months, valued at $30 million, as part of its support for the military's ability to continue in the current crisis.
Army Commander General Joseph Aoun expressed gratitude to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, for this generous gift, appreciating his country's support for the military institution and the various forms of assistance provided to the soldiers, especially the financial aid recently offered to help them withstand living difficulties.
