Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte invited Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas today, Thursday, "to visit the Netherlands to discuss the situation in Israel and the Palestinian territories." He added that "the invitation came after a phone call he had with Abbas on Wednesday evening."
