Germany Urges Enhanced Efforts to Prepare Ukraine for Winter

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock called on Monday for doubled efforts to equip Ukraine for the upcoming winter, including providing air defense equipment and ensuring energy supplies. Baerbock stated, "We saw last winter the brutal way in which Russian President Vladimir Putin is waging this war," referring to "attacks targeting infrastructure in Ukraine." She added, "We must prevent this with all we have, as much as possible."
