The organizing committee for Beirut Capital of Arab Youth 2023 has announced a list of prominent guests participating in the grand opening ceremony scheduled for Thursday at 5:30 PM at the Habtoor Hotel. The list includes the Executive Office Chairman of the Council of Arab Youth and Sports Ministers, Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Chairman of the Youth Committee, Jordanian Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed Salameh Al-Nabulsi, and Chairman of the Sports Committee, Iraqi Minister of Youth and Sports Ahmed Al-Mubraqa.
The list also includes the Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab League, Minister Dr. Haifa Abu Ghazaleh, and Palestinian Minister of Youth and Sports, Major General Jibril Rajoub. Additionally, the Director General of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Youth, Mishal Al-Sabih, the President of the Revolutionary Youth Union in Syria, Somar Zahir, the President of the Arab Volunteer Union, Hassan Bouhza, and the President of the Arab Sports Culture Union, Ashraf Mahmoud, will also be arriving in Beirut.
