The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance announced that on 21/8/2023, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested the Syrian national (A.K.) in the Al-Mankoubin area - Tripoli. He is wanted for crimes related to arms and drug trafficking, theft, throwing hand grenades, and opening fire. Additionally, a patrol from the same directorate arrested the citizen (A.R.) in the town of Kfarzabad - Zahle. He is wanted for crimes including assaulting a military patrol, stabbing a soldier, shooting at individuals and injuring them, as well as terrorizing citizens. Investigations have begun with the arrested individuals under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
