Chinese Central Television (CCTV) reported today that four people died after a building collapsed in the city of Wenzhou in eastern China. The collapse occurred yesterday during renovation work on the building, and all the victims were construction workers. The report added that continuous rainfall hindered rescue efforts. Authorities have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident.
