Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko announced today, Monday, that two missile attacks by Russia resulted in the deaths of five people and injuries to 31 others, after the missiles struck residential buildings in the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine. Klymenko stated that four civilians were killed in the first attack, while a rescue official in Donetsk was killed during the second attack, adding that search and rescue operations are ongoing. Andriy Yermak, the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, reported, "So far, it is known that two people, a woman and a man, have been killed. Ambulances have transported four injured, and rescue workers and paramedics continue their efforts."
