Lebanese Olympic Committee Calls for Extraordinary General Assembly

The Lebanese Olympic Committee issued the following statement: "The executive committee of the Lebanese Olympic Committee, during its meeting chaired by its President Dr. Pierre Jalakh with the presence of members on Monday, August 28, decided to call for an 'extraordinary' general assembly on September 19, 2023, at the La Marina Club in Dbayeh starting at 3 PM. The agenda will include a review of the latest developments regarding the circumstances and challenges facing the Olympic Committee, as well as the lawsuits filed against the committee and several of its members for violations of applicable regulations and laws, and to take appropriate actions in this regard."
