Five settlers were injured and damage was inflicted on a residential building due to a rocket that fell in Ashkelon, launched from the Gaza Strip, after alarm sirens sounded in the city. "Magen David Adom" reported on its platform X: "Following the sirens in Ashkelon: there is damage to a residential building." It added: "Magen David Adom paramedics are providing medical treatment to two women in their sixties who were lightly injured by shrapnel, and three due to anxiety, including two children." Israeli media also announced that one person was injured by shrapnel from a rocket that fell in Tel Aviv.
