Video - 102-Year-Old Pilot Descends from Hospital Roof

A World War II veteran, 102-year-old pilot "Colin Bell," descended from a hospital in London to raise funds for charity. Bell, who served in the Royal Air Force as a Mosquito bomber pilot, landed from a height of 280 feet below the Royal London Hospital in central London. He is raising money for three charities: the Royal College of Nursing Foundation, the RAF Benevolent Fund, and London's Air Ambulance. The veteran began his mission last month by completing a six-mile walk in Cambridge, where he resides. After finishing his latest mission, having survived several aerial confrontations, he told reporters, "I may be 102 years old, but I want to do my duty and raise money for these wonderful charities. I’m happy to do something that can help, and quite frankly, at my age, I’m happy to do anything."
