Algerian National Council President Arrives in Tehran

The President of the Algerian National Council, Ibrahim Bougali, arrived in Tehran this Sunday afternoon on an official visit leading a parliamentary delegation. He was welcomed at the airport by the Deputy Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Mojtaba Zonnouri. The purpose of the Algerian Parliament President's five-day visit is to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields, with a priority on developing trade and economic relations. Tomorrow, Monday, he will meet with the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, after which the presidents of the parliaments of both countries will hold a joint press conference. During his stay in Iran, Bougali will visit the Sacred Defense Museum, the exhibition of Iranian scientific and technological achievements, and the city of Isfahan.
