Interior and Municipalities Minister Judge Bassam Molawi reiterated his tweet about the seizure of a quantity of Captagon today, adding: "The coordination and cooperation between the Lebanese Ministry of Interior and the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, represented by the General Directorate for Drug Control, resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of Captagon that was about to be smuggled to Kuwait. We are determined to protect our communities within the framework of strengthening joint Arab security." The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior also praised the joint cooperation and coordination between the Kuwaiti and Lebanese ministries, which led to the seizure of one million Captagon pills before their smuggling to Kuwait.
