Israeli Airstrike Targets Damascus International Airport

The "Syrian Observatory" announced today, Sunday, that an Israeli airstrike targeted Damascus International Airport just 30 hours after it was reopened. The Syrian newspaper "Al-Watan" reported that incoming flights to Damascus were rerouted to Aleppo and Latakia airports. Later, the Syrian army noted that air defenses intercepted Israeli missiles coming from the Golan Heights after rendering Damascus Airport inoperable.
