A final statement from the Russian-Arab Cooperation Forum at the ministerial level, held on Wednesday, emphasized the necessity of ensuring the security and safety of navigation in the Gulf and the Red Sea. The statement, issued following the meeting in Marrakech, affirmed that "the ministers condemned the acts targeting the security and safety of navigation, maritime facilities, energy supplies, oil pipelines, and oil installations in the Gulf... and other waterways." It added, "They agreed on a strong condemnation of the ongoing and escalating aggressive war by Israel against the Palestinians in Gaza, rejecting any justification for this war, including labeling it as self-defense."
