The French Ministry of Defense announced in a statement today, Tuesday, that the Defense Ministers of France and Italy agreed during a phone call on the need for increased French-Italian cooperation in addressing the existing issues in the Red Sea. The ministers also agreed on the importance of enhancing European coordination regarding navigation problems in the Red Sea.
