A disclosure today, Monday, stated that Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (Seha), a subsidiary of Pure Health Holding in the UAE, will acquire Mayo Clinic's stake in Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City. Seha, fully owned by Pure Health Holding, will acquire Mayo Clinic's stake in one of the largest hospitals in the UAE that handles patients with serious or complex medical conditions.
