The director of "القدس اليوم" television, journalist Wael Fanouna, was killed today, Thursday, due to an Israeli airstrike in Gaza City. It is notable that the number of journalists who have lost their lives due to the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has surpassed the total number of journalists killed worldwide in the years 2021 and 2022, reaching around 118 since the beginning of the war. Earlier, Reporters Without Borders announced that the International Criminal Court intends to investigate Israel's crimes against journalists in the Palestinian territories, including Gaza.
