The Norwegian Foreign Minister told Reuters on Wednesday that Norway urges countries that have cut their funding to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) to consider the consequences of their decision on the residents of Gaza. Norway is one of the largest donors to the agency. On Sunday, Norway announced that it would continue its funding for UNRWA after accusations that some agency employees were involved in the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, unlike several countries that temporarily halted their funding.
