An unidentified explosion struck a cafe near the Justice Palace in Damascus, resulting in several casualties and injuries.
The Syrian News Agency reported at least 4 people were killed and 10 others injured as a result of the explosion.
Sky News Arabia correspondents indicated that some of the injured were being transported to hospitals for medical treatment, adding that a security perimeter was established around the blast site in Damascus.
The Syrian State TV clarified that the explosion occurred in the Al-Hijaz area surrounding the Justice Palace in Damascus.
