The Iraqi Ministry of Interior announced today, Friday, the arrest of two drug traffickers in Diyala and Dhi Qar, one of whom is an international trafficker. In detail, a statement from the ministry received by the Iraqi News Agency indicated that "the General Directorate for Drug Affairs arrested a local drug dealer and seized (1) kilogram of crystal meth in Diyala." The statement also mentioned that "an international drug trafficker was also arrested following a well-planned ambush in Dhi Qar."
