A 4.1 magnitude earthquake shook a wide area of Southern California today, Friday. The U.S. Geological Survey reports that the earthquake occurred at 10:55 AM and its epicenter was about one mile (1.5 kilometers) northwest of the town of Little Creek, east of Los Angeles.
