Israeli Airstrikes Target Aita al-Shaab and Ramya

Hezbollah announced in a statement that its members "shot down an Israeli enemy drone at 12:00 midnight on Friday, March 1, 2024, in the Al-Aziyah Valley." In another statement, Hezbollah reported targeting "a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers around the Ramim barracks with rocket fire," and they targeted "the Al-Baghdadi site with rocket fire, achieving a direct hit." In response, the Israeli army conducted airstrikes targeting the outskirts of Jabal Balat near Shihine and Ramya, as well as an airstrike on Aita al-Shaab and the outskirts of Marwhein. Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes around the towns of Ramya and Aita al-Shaab around 5 PM.
