Trucks Allowed to Cross on Deir al-Bidar Road Starting Tomorrow

The Governor of Bekaa, Judge Kamal Abu Joudeh, announced in a statement that "based on the report issued by the regional directorate of public works in Bekaa, and according to the technical opinion from the consultant appointed by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and after coordination with Minister of Public Works and Transport in the caretaker government Ali Hamieh, along with the Commander of the Bekaa Regional Forces of Internal Security, Brigadier General Nadim Abd al-Masih, and the regional director of public works in Bekaa, Engineer Mohammad Haj Shhadah, the decision has been made to allow trucks to cross on the Deir al-Bidar international road starting tomorrow, Tuesday, from 9 AM to 2 PM for trucks heading from Beirut to Bekaa, and from 2 PM to 7 PM for trucks heading from Bekaa to Beirut. Additionally, a suitable decision regarding transit trucks will be made within a maximum of 48 hours, depending on the road's technical and engineering condition."
